Bucaneve is a bouclé fabric with a distinctive tactile character, featuring a rich, three-dimensional surface that enhances the texture of the yarn. Its soft, natural appearance is combined with high technical performance, making it an ideal choice for contemporary interior design projects.
Thanks to its durable construction, it is suitable for upholstering seating, upholstered furniture, and furnishing accessories in both indoor settings and covered outdoor spaces, as well as for Contract and Hospitality applications, where long-lasting reliability and aesthetics must go hand in hand.

Made from 100% flame-retardant polyester, Bucaneve offers excellent wear resistance, tested to 80,000 Martindale cycles, while maintaining its aesthetic and functional qualities over time. Its distinctive bouclé construction gives the surface volume and depth while ensuring both comfort and durability.
Designed for outdoor use as well, the fabric offers excellent resistance to weathering, sunlight, and mould growth, making it a reliable choice for environments exposed to particularly demanding conditions.
Entirely made in Italy, Bucaneve complies with key international fire safety standards, including Italian Class 1, BS 5852, BS 5867, IMO MED, ASTM E84, California TB117, and NFPA 260. It is also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and GREENGUARD certified, ensuring material quality and supporting healthier indoor environments.

Care and Cleaning
To keep the fabric in optimal condition, we recommend regularly removing dust using a low-power vacuum cleaner fitted with an upholstery brush attachment.
Stains should be treated as soon as possible by gently blotting with a soft, slightly damp cloth, avoiding rubbing the surface.
Bucaneve can be machine washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle and is suitable for dry cleaning according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For outdoor applications, the use of quick-drying, water-draining padding is recommended to promote proper moisture drainage and preserve the upholstery’s performance over time. Avoid tumble drying and high-speed spin cycles.
