Born in Bassano del Grappa, Veneto, in the beating heart of a region rich in art history and culture, from the intuition and passion of a businesswoman and an entrepreneur, Real Piel has been making, publishing under its own brand name and wholesaling fine and selected upholstery materials since 2005 of creations such as armchairs, sofas, beds and office chairs.

Real Piel has recognized from the very beginning the value and potential of the best Italian leather fruit of the Venetian tanning tradition, selecting the finest varieties and offering them worldwide in the areas of interior design and major CONTRACT furniture projects.

The mission to realize export and raise awareness of the excellence of Italian products, supporting the production chain of small and large companies that employ numerous people, has always been at the heart of everything for Real Piel.

Craftsmanship

Over the years, the REAL PIEL RP® collection of upholstery materials has been enriched with natural fibers capable of meeting the functional and stylistic needs of the new millennium, embracing recyclable and organic fabrics.

Since 2017, thanks to capable professionals, the pride of prestigious Italian institutes and universities, who are passionately dedicated to industrial design, REAL PIEL has been creating authentically designed seating, objects for sitting that best interpret the uniqueness of timeless masterpieces of designer furniture.

REAL PIEL uses blockchain technology to guarantee the authenticity and provenance of its Made in Italy products.

Each product is traced throughout the production chain, ensuring transparency and reliability. This innovative approach protects the value of Made in Italy, allowing consumers to verify the origin of products and ensuring compliance with Italian quality standards.

Sustainability

We believe that the sustainability of a product is the result of careful analysis of the fundamental aspects of production and management. REAL PIEL RP® branded seating and REAL PIEL RP® branded collections of edited leathers and fabrics do not belong to the fast-fashion supply chain of maximum production for quick consumption but instead are made with high quality materials precisely to last.

We have chosen, where possible, a production chain made up of small and medium-sized artisan companies with zero kilometers, which allows us to contain consumption and CO2 emissions, pollution due to logistics.

Wood, metal, natural fibers and hides embrace the need to be able to experience the product naturally even after its use; with production waste a circular economy made by reselling it for other uses or making small objects and furnishings.
